Adobe Photoshop Elements has a Photo Merge panorama option. Canon's bundled Photostitch software takes two or more photos and blends them together in a panorama. Pixtra Pano Stitcher will let you stitch two photos together for free, but after that you either pay $29.95 or get a watermark on your photos.
