Extract
1. Begin with a picture that needs to be separated from its background.
2. Click on Filters>Extract
3. Using the highlighter, draw a line around your object. 4. Using the Paint Bucket, fill in the object you have highlighted. 5. Click on "Preview" and "Okay" so you can see what more you will need to do with the Eraser. 6. Now your object is cleaned up and ready for a background. This background was some clouds with Filter>Blur>Radial Blur on it to give the motion blur effect.
